Toner plays a key role in my daily routine, both morning and evening.
I don’t rely on just one formula—instead, I rotate between different toners depending on what my skin needs at the moment. On days when I use exfoliating acids, I prefer something soothing and hydrating.
1. Tocobo AHA BHA Lemon Toner
This is my go-to option when I want my skin to look clear and refined. Although it’s often referred to as a vitamin C–focused toner, what surprises me most is its thicker texture—it feels more substantial than expected. The combination of AHA and BHA helps gently remove dead skin buildup and smooth uneven texture. When I use it three to four times a week, I notice a visible improvement in clarity and overall brightness.
2. Decorté Vita De Rêve
This Japanese lotion feels refreshing yet comforting at the same time. Formulated with hyaluronic acid and botanical extracts, it leaves my skin looking smooth and well balanced. One ingredient that stands out to me is rosemary leaf water, which helps protect against daily environmental stress—something I truly appreciate living in a sunny climate year-round. The scent is quite noticeable, but it doesn’t cause discomfort or sensitivity for me.
3. StriVectin Multi-Action Clear Gentle Daily Brightening & Retexturizing Toner
I reach for this toner when my skin feels congested or when blemishes start to appear. It’s gentle enough for daily use but still effective at refining texture and improving overall tone. I like how it supports clarity without feeling harsh, making it a reliable choice during those moments when my skin needs extra attention.
Rather than having one favorite toner, I prefer having options. Each of these formulas supports my skin in a different way, depending on what it needs at the time. I enjoy focusing on specific ingredients, but I’m always open to discovering something new. A flexible approach keeps my routine effective and interesting at the same time.
